Cool Runnings is a comedy inspired by a true story about four Jamaican sprinters who, after failing to qualify for the Summer Olympics, decide to form the country’s first bobsled team for the Winter Olympics. With no experience, little equipment, and plenty of skeptics, they face hilarious mishaps, harsh training, and cultural challenges. Through determination, teamwork, and heart, they overcome the odds and prove that spirit and courage matter more than winning. The movie is inspired by the real Jamaican bobsled team that competed in the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary.
